Booking Terms & Conditions

BOOKING TERMS
All tours are subject to a minimum number of guests. Minimum number per tour varies, this information can be found above or on our website. All bookings are made on request. Nett rates may be negotiable based on volume of confirmed forward bookings. Wooramulla reserves the right to alter rates, times, and tour content due to seasonal or cultural circumstances.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Bookings require a payment method stored for confirmation. Tours will be charged and confirmed two weeks prior to departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to departure date will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of departure date will result in a loss of total costs. Wooramulla Eco Cultural Journeys reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour due to cultural, seasonal or road conditions or other unforseen circumstances. 100% of the tour cost will be refunded or a credit given towards another tour or departure date.

CHILD POLICY
Tours are suitable for children of all ages. Children under the age of five (5) years are free of charge (FOC), however must be notified at the time of booking. Child rate applies to all children aged between five (5) to seventeen (17) years of age. All children must be restrained in the seatbelts that are properly adjusted and securely fastened to the best extend possible if travelling in a vehicle. Children must be fully supervised by an accompanying Adult at all times.

SENIORS CARD
If booking a Senior rate, please provide your Seniors Card on the day of your tour. If not supplied, the appropriate fare will be charged.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due within 14 (business) days from receipt of invoice. For account details, contact mulanji.consultants@gmail.com

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
While every precaution will be taken for the safety of participants, no liability can be taken in the event of death accident injury loss or damage to person and property on these tours. This exclusion of liability shall apply to Wooramulla Eco Cultural Journeys and be the benefit of its agents servants and representatives.
Wooramulla Eco Cultural Journeys will not be responsible for expenses incurred by you as a result of your booking or any cancellation.
Failure to show: it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that they arrive on time at the nominated point of pick up or departure for the tour. Failure to do so will mean that the passenger forfeits the full fare price to the operator.
